The Whistleblower Program is designed as a control to support and protect the integrity of the Bank, and its subsidiaries, financial reporting, its business dealings and adherence to the Scotiabank Code of Conduct and its regulatory obligations.

The Whistleblower Program is only one of the channels available to all employees globally at Scotiabank for reporting concerns. This portal provides Scotiabank employees, inclusive of contingent workers, third parties or affiliates the opportunity to confidentially and anonymously raise concerns of related to suspected or potential wrongdoing.

You will be protected when you report, in good faith, any actual, suspected or potential breach of the Scotiabank Code of Conduct or Scotiabank policies, procedures, processes, or controls. At Scotiabank, retaliation against any employee who raises and issue or concern in good faith is strictly forbidden.
