The Business Practices EthicsLine is a comprehensive and confidential reporting tool to receive complaints and reports of questionable practices. We use a third-party company, NAVEX, to operate and host the Business Practices EthicsLine hotline number and website. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and reports can be made through the toll-free phone number or website. Your report is confidential and may be made anonymously.
Houston Methodist policy and federal and state laws protect you from retaliation when you report a questionable practice or concern in good faith.
