SpeakUp is a confidential and secure channel for you to report concerns related to Corporate Policies, the Code of Conduct, the law, or other compliance and ethics matters. You may also report concerns to your People Leader, HR, People Matters, or the Office of the General Counsel (“OGC”). If desired, you may report anonymously. While all concerns will be taken seriously, Ford’s investigation process is best facilitated when you provide as much information about your concern as possible. For additional reporting channels for employees please refer to our policy at https://www.policyportal.ford.com/policyportal/download/0902225a80d2965f while using VPN.
If you know about - or even suspect - an issue, we want to know about it. Hearing about issues gives us a chance to correct them.
See a breakdown of the reporting process below:
If you include your contact information in your report, you will be contacted as appropriate by investigative personnel. If you decide to report your concern anonymously, you must keep your Report Key and Password in order respond to follow up messages and follow up. By using the Report Key and Password, your follow up correspondence with investigators will also be anonymous. For confidentiality reasons, we may or may not be able to make you aware of the outcome of an investigation.
Ford does not tolerate retaliation. Retaliation against individual(s) who report a concern in good faith, participates in an investigation, or is a witness in any investigation is strictly prohibited. Employees can see more about our policy at https://www.policyportal.ford.com/policyportal/download/0902225a80d2965f while using VPN.
You should include any and all supporting information that you have available to you in your report; investigative personnel are often able to develop additional sources of information based upon the initial report and by following up with the reporter.
You can always report concerns to your People Leader, HR, People Matters, or the OGC if you feel comfortable doing so. For work related issues we always encourage you to utilize Ford’s “Open Door” policy or other local resources to speak with management.
It is important to allow time for the investigation process to occur. You should provide any additional information to the lead investigator and should not investigate the allegation yourself. Please check the Ford SpeakUp Website using your Report Key on the Follow-Up page as investigators may reach out to you and seek additional information.
