  1. What is SpeakUp?
  2. SpeakUp is a confidential and secure channel for you to report concerns related to Corporate Policies, the Code of Conduct, the law, or other compliance and ethics matters. You may also report concerns to your People Leader, HR, People Matters, or the Office of the General Counsel (“OGC”). If desired, you may report anonymously. While all concerns will be taken seriously, Ford’s investigation process is best facilitated when you provide as much information about your concern as possible.   4. If you know about - or even suspect - an issue, we want to know about it. Hearing about issues gives us a chance to correct them.

  7. How do I receive feedback or follow up?
  8. If you include your contact information in your report, you will be contacted as appropriate by investigative personnel. If you decide to report your concern anonymously, you must keep your Report Key and Password in order respond to follow up messages and follow up. By using the Report Key and Password, your follow up correspondence with investigators will also be anonymous. For confidentiality reasons, we may or may not be able to make you aware of the outcome of an investigation.

  9. What protection do I have if I report something?
  10. Ford does not tolerate retaliation. Retaliation against individual(s) who report a concern in good faith, participates in an investigation, or is a witness in any investigation is strictly prohibited.   11. What if I only suspect something is wrong, with no proof?
  12. You should include any and all supporting information that you have available to you in your report; investigative personnel are often able to develop additional sources of information based upon the initial report and by following up with the reporter.

  13. Are there other ways to make a report?
  14. You can always report concerns to your People Leader, HR, People Matters, or the OGC if you feel comfortable doing so. For work related issues we always encourage you to utilize Ford’s “Open Door” policy or other local resources to speak with management.

  15. What should I do once I report?
  16. It is important to allow time for the investigation process to occur. You should provide any additional information to the lead investigator and should not investigate the allegation yourself. Please check the Ford SpeakUp Website using your Report Key on the Follow-Up page as investigators may reach out to you and seek additional information.

  17. What is NAVEX and Ethicspoint?
  18. NAVEX is a third-party company contracted by Ford to document concerns about Corporate Policies, the Code of Conduct, the law, or other compliance and ethics matters. Ethicspoint is NAVEX's web intake platform that is secure and allows for confidential, anonymous reporting. This service along with the phone lines is available 24 hours a day.
