The University of Dallas is committed to facilitating an educational and professional community in which all members of our community have the opportunity to strive for excellence in their educational and professional pursuits. The University believes that a key component of such communities is the opportunity for open and honest communications. We want you to feel comfortable approaching faculty and staff when you believe violations of University policies or standards have occurred.

You are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint, to report violations of University policies and standards (including applicable codes of conduct). EthicsPoint provides a centralized forum for reporting potential policy violations, for seeking guidance relating to policies and procedures, and for providing positive suggestions and stories.

EthicsPoint also allows you to submit anonymous reports in confidence, while still allowing you to submit additional information and receive a response that maintains your confidentiality.

To File a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

• Select your violation category from the list to the left.
• OR
• Dial toll-free, within the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
