Business decisions should always be made in the best interests of Mondelēz, without the influence of personal circumstances or relationships with third parties.
What potential conflicts SHOULD be disclosed:
Outside employment: You have a second job with, perform services, or serve as a director or consultant with a competitor, customer, or supplier of goods or services for Mondelēz. Or you have a second job in a conflicting schedule with your activities or performance in the company.
Financial investment: You or a family member own a company that does business with –or compete with – Mondelēz, or you have a substantial investment with that company.
Personal relationship: You have a close relationship, including relatives or a close personal contact, with someone at Mondelēz’s competitor, supplier or customer, or with another Mondelēz employee (or candidate), and such relationship could impair your objectivity making business decisions to Mondelēz.
Board of Directors: You participate in the board of directors of another organization, such as a trade association or political action committee - unless it is a charitable or community organization, you are not representing Mondelēz, and your involvement does not create a possible conflict of interest.
Public Officials: You have a family member who is a public official and might be directly connected with business dealings of Mondelēz.
