What should I do if I lose my report key or forget my password?
Because of the high level of security that is maintained for these reports, it is not possible to recover your password or report key if lost. But you can reach out to Compliance directly in case you have any questions, or if you would like to provide any additional information. You may also send new information via our confidential mailbox. Please reference that it is related to a report you previously filed
