Our SpeakUp service is managed by an external company, NAVEX Global who is independent from Diageo. You can make a report, either by telephone or over the internet, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Your concern will be handled by staff who are trained to deal with your call, and translators who are immediately available to assist if required. Conversations are completely confidential and are not recorded.

SpeakUp is a resource for all Diageo employees, suppliers or business partners to use to confidentially raise genuine concerns about a breach of a policy, if a law is being broken, or when something doesn't feel right or live up to our Diageo values.

Please feel confident that we will not tolerate any form of retaliation for reporting a problem or assisting in an investigation - any individual found to be acting in such a way will be subject to disciplinary action.
