SpeakUp is a confidential service you can use to raise concerns about things relating to Diageo that aren’t or don’t seem right (including a possible breach of Diageo’s Code of Business Conduct, policies, standards or the law), such as the risk of harm to Diageo people, customers, the public or the environment. You don’t have to be a Diageo employee to report an issue which relates to the company.
SpeakUp is administered by an independent company (NAVEX Global). The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and can accommodate calls in more than 75 languages. Please be aware that for less widely spoken languages, there may be a delay whilst you wait for an interpreter, or they may have to call you back.
Diageo encourages speaking up about any potential breach of our Code of Business Conduct, policies, standards, or the law, using the channel you are most comfortable with. This could be your manager, your manager’s superior, a member of the global or local compliance team, or someone in Diageo’s Legal or HR teams.
