Every time a concern is raised to OEC, it is taken seriously and is investigated using a consistent and thorough process. Your cooperation is critical to the success of our investigation. Please ensure you provide as much detail as possible and never raise false or misleading concerns. Abbott will maintain your confidentiality to the fullest extent possible.
Retaliation is Not Permitted
Any Abbott employee who raises a genuine concern in good faith or participates in an investigation is doing the right thing. We seek to maintain an atmosphere of open discussion so problems can be identified and quickly addressed. Abbott takes all claims of retaliation seriously and, if substantiated, those responsible will be subject to disciplinary action.
