Retaliation is Not Permitted
Any Abbott employee who raises a genuine concern, reports misconduct in good faith, or participates in an investigation, is doing the right thing. We seek to maintain an atmosphere of open discussion, so that problems can be identified quickly and addressed. Abbott takes all claims of retaliation seriously. If substantiated, those responsible will be subject to disciplinary action.
