A MESSAGE FROM OUR LEADERSHIP

As one of the largest global oil field service providers, we are a Company of thousands of employees working in more than 100 countries as geologists, scientists, equipment operators, engineers, inspectors, drivers, salespeople and many others.  Regardless of position, at our core, we are people serving people.

Our Code of Business Conduct is designed to help employees understand our Company’s high standards and how important they are to achieving growth, health, and sustainability. When you follow our Code and put its guidance into practice, working with integrity becomes automatic – it forms the foundation of every decision you make.  

If you see conduct that is inconsistent with our high standards, have the courage to say something. The Listen Up confidential reporting tool, operated by NAVEX Global, a third party service provider, is a resource you can use to report suspected violations of the law, our Code of Business Conduct, or other unethical behavior. When reporting a suspected violation you may choose to remain anonymous or share your identity. NAVEX promptly reports concerns to Weatherford’s Compliance team for review and appropriate follow-up.

We do not tolerate any form of retaliation against anyone for raising a concern in good faith. Above all, remember that you are a valued member of the Weatherford family. We trust that you know in your heart what is right and what is safe, and we encourage you to follow those convictions, along with our Code.
