It is important to follow up on questions or concerns submitted to the Western Union Business Integrity Helpline. This allows you to retrieve any questions, answers, and status updates posted to you by Western Union. To follow up on an existing question or concern, please enter the report key provided to you and password you created when you initially submitted your question or concern.
Because of the high level of security that is maintained for these reports, if you lose your report key or password, you will need to file a new report. Mention in the new report that it is related to a report you previously filed.
