This allows you to retrieve questions, answers, and status updates posted to you by the Global Ethics and Compliance team. To follow up on an existing report, please enter the report key provided to you and password you created when you initially submitted your question or concern.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I CONTACT THE HOTLINE?

You will receive a report key and password to follow-up on the status and results of your submission.

WHO ELSE CAN EMPLOYEES SPEAK UP TO?

In addition to your manager, you may also speak up to: Your Department Head, Human Resources, Environmental Officer, Captain, Your DPA, Global E&C and Legal Department.

WHEN SHOULD I FOLLOW UP ON MY REPORT?

You should follow up on your report as soon as you receive a notification the Company responded to your report. If you choose not to provide EthicsPoint with your email, please follow-up on your report periodically by logging into the EthicsPoint system. Please be patient as it may take up to 10 business days to respond. When a case is closed, you will receive a message from the case manager notifying you the case is closed.

WHAT IS THE COMPANY’S POLICY ON RETALIATION?

The Company strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against anyone who in good faith reports a concern or cooperates in an investigation.
