Through this site, you may report actual or suspected misconduct or concerns relating to NIKE's Code of Ethics; including, but not limited to, harassment, retaliation, discrimination, conflict of interest, corruption, accounting, financial reporting, fraud, theft, discount and comp product abuse, health, safety, privacy and protection of information.
All concerns are thoroughly reviewed by NIKE and investigated, if necessary and when possible. Reports are entered directly to NAVEX's secure server to prevent possible breach in data security. These reports are shared only with specific individuals within NIKE who need to know the information to review the report and to further investigate, if necessary. Your anonymity, if you requested it, will be preserved when sharing the report with NIKE. Certain reports are brought to the attention of NIKE's Board of Directors even before they are reviewed and addressed.
When you observe behavior that you believe violates NIKE's code of conduct or policies, we expect you to report it. Ideally, you should bring any concerns forward to your direct manager other member of our management team. We recognize, however, that there may be circumstances when you are not comfortable doing this. Reporting concerns through NAVEX allows you to remain anonymous, should you choose to do so.
Yes. In fact, we need you to report. Speaking Up is an important and integral part of NIKE's culture. We want our employees to fearlessly share thoughts and concerns – and NIKE does not tolerate retaliation against any employee who reports in good faith a suspected violation of law or policy, or who participates in any investigation of a suspected violation.
NAVEX does not generate or maintain any internal connection logs with IP addresses; no information linking your PC to NAVEX is available. In fact, NAVEX is contractually committed not to pursue a reporter's identity.
You may choose to report your concern or ask a question either from your work computer or a computer outside the work environment (like at a library, friend's house, etc.) through this website.

You should report because NIKE believes that inspiration and innovation can only happen in a healthy and inclusive environment, and that every employee is accountable for supporting its culture. Any unethical conduct, at any level, whether it directly or indirectly concerns you, ultimately hurts NIKE and impacts its culture. NIKE encourages all employees to be accountable for doing the right thing and Speaking Up when you feel something is not right.
Speak Up. NAVEX can help you prepare and file your report so it can be properly understood. We would rather you report a concern that turns out to be harmless than fail to address possibly unethical behavior because it was never reported. NIKE's anti-retaliation policy protects individuals who bring forward concerns in good faith.
The NAVEX system and report distribution protocols are designed so that only those who need to know the information for the purposes or review, investigation or resolution have access to the report. Nobody implicated as a party in the report is granted access to it.
When you file a report either online or by phone, you will receive a unique report key and select a password. With the report key and password, you can return again, either by internet or telephone, and access the original report. At that point, you can add more details, if you choose.
NAVEX Communication Specialists can post questions for you, even if you report anonymously. Along with the report key that you’ll receive after you file a report, you will also be informed of the estimated time that NIKE could take to review the report and come back to you with follow-up questions and status. We strongly advise you to check back (using your report key and password) occasionally after the report is filed, to see if any questions have been posted. All responses you provide to the follow-up questions are treated as confidential. Providing opportunity for such dialogue means situations may not only be identified but can also be resolved, no matter how complex.
