REPORT A CONCERN
You have the option to report by telephone or this website. To begin the secure and confidential process, please tell us where you are located and where the incident took place. This will ensure we can support you in your preferred language. It will also ensure you have the option to report through a local channel, if offered in your location.
We encourage you to use our global Speak Up portal if you see or suspect anything illegal, unethical, or inappropriate. Our Speak Up portal offers the option to report your concern anonymously and NIKE will take appropriate actions to protect your confidentiality as best as possible. You can trust that NIKE will treat your report seriously, fairly, and promptly. And if something needs to be fixed, we will take action. However, if you feel uncomfortable raising a concern through the global portal, you may submit your report via the relevant local designated person.
The facts reported have occurred or are likely to occur within NIKE or in connection with its activities, and relate to:
- a crime or an offence
- a threat or harm to the public interest
- a breach or an attempt to cover up a breach of an applicable law, regulation or an international treaty.
