Letter from our Chief Executive Officer

Dear user,

At Konfío we have a permanent commitment to our people, our organizational and working culture, the environment, society and of course, to the achievement of our goals, which we support on principles of integrity, honesty, fair treatment, and respect, motivated by leadership, effective communication, and teamwork.

With that commitment, it is a pleasure for us to announce and make available to you the new Konfío Ethics Mailbox. This new Ethics Mailbox, supported by a specialized external platform (EthicsPoint by NAVEX), guarantees even more confidentiality, proper handling of cases, information integrity, and proper protection of your personal data and statistics reporting.

We want the new Ethics Mailbox to give you confidence, assurance, and peacefulness, so that you can express yourself whenever you perceive ethical dilemmas that affect the deployment of your potential at Konfío, either as collaborator, client or provider.

In parallel with the activation of the new Ethics Mailbox, we have published an updated version of our Code of Ethics and Conduct in this platform, which reaffirms our values, sets out our mission and vision, and establishes the fundamental principles and behaviors for working in harmony with our people, shareholders, internal and external suppliers, customers, authorities and our communities, with full respect for sustainable development.

Remember that if you are a collaborator at Konfío, we must act in harmony with these values and principles, complying with the policies and procedures established for this goal. I hope that you, as I do and the rest of our colleagues at Konfío, make the Code of Ethics and Conduct your own and make it your guide for behavior at Konfío.

To Make a Report

  1. Select "Make a Report" at the top of this webpage.
  2. A first filter will be made with the internal control area. After a couple of days, use your report key and password to check for comments or questions related to your report in the "Follow-up to a Report" section.
  3. If required, the Ethics Committee may conduct interviews.
  4. Based on all the elements and evidence of each case, the Ethics Committee will determine and report confidentially the measures it deems pertinent.
