About the Ethics Helpline

The Ethics Helpline is a confidential reporting service provided on behalf of MasterCard by a third-party, EthicsPoint, to enable you to report suspected or potential violations of MasterCard's Code of Conduct, company policy or law in a confidential and, if you choose, anonymous manner where permitted by local law. All reports made to the Ethics Helpline, whether via this web based reporting tool or by phone are promptly forwarded to MasterCard's Global Investigations team for review.* Investigations will be treated confidentially to the extent reasonable and possible under the circumstances.

You have the ability to follow-up on a report or add additional information after it has been submitted.

Our Commitment

At MasterCard, we believe that the success of our business is dependent upon acting with integrity and the highest standards of ethical conduct. We are committed to ensuring that our interactions within MasterCard as well as with our customers, business partners, competitors, shareholders, vendors, and government and regulatory agencies are carried out in an ethical and respectful manner and in compliance with our Code of Conduct, corporate policies and applicable laws and regulations.

Non-Retaliation

MasterCard encourages speaking up to report concerns via the Ethics Helpline or any of the avenues for reporting listed in the Code of Conduct. MasterCard prohibits retaliation against any person who, in good faith, reports a suspected violation, seeks guidance on an ethics or compliance concern or otherwise assists in an investigation or proceeding regarding a suspected violation.

*Local privacy and data protection laws may restrict or limit the availability of the Ethics Helpline.
