Call the ConcernLINE
Commonly Asked Questions
Who receives calls made to ConcernLINE?
ConcernLINE is operated by NAVEX, a third-party company. This service is available 24 hours a day.
What is TE Connectivity’s stance on retaliation?
You are protected from retaliation for any report of a suspected violation or concern that is made in good faith, even if your reported matter is unsubstantiated after an investigation. Retaliatory conduct of any kind will not be tolerated. Please be aware, however, that knowingly providing false information may subject you to disciplinary action.
Why are there two phone numbers for my country, and which one should I use?
To the extent available, Toll-free numbers are provided for each country in which TE operates. In a few countries, due to local circumstances and requirements, multiple numbers exist to ensure adequate coverage for the entire country for both landline and mobile numbers. If the first number does not work, please try the second.
Will my question be handled confidentially?
Yes. Any information you provide will be treated confidentially to the extent permitted by law. The information will only be disclosed to people who have a need to know in order to investigate and/or address the matter.
Please be aware that the information you supply about yourself, your colleagues, or any aspect of TE’s operations may result in decisions that affect others. Therefore, we ask that you only provide information that you believe is true. You will not be subject to retaliation from TE for any report of a suspected violation that is made in good faith, even if it later turns out to be factually incorrect. Please be aware, however, that knowingly providing false or misleading information will not be tolerated. The information you submit will be treated confidentially except in cases where this is not possible because of legal requirements or in order to conduct an investigation, in which case the information will be handled sensitively.
