Welcome to the International Medical Corps Ethics and Compliance Reporting Hotline

This site is hosted by EthicsPoint, a world class provider of ethics and compliance reporting services, and is available for all International Medical Corps employees, consultants, and volunteers who work with International Medical Corps in any country and at any level.

International Medical Corps is a global, humanitarian, nonprofit organization dedicated to saving lives and relieving suffering through health care training and relief and development programs. Its mission is to improve the quality of life through health interventions and related activities that build local capacity in underserved communities worldwide. By offering training and health care to local populations and medical assistance to people at highest risk, and with the flexibility to respond rapidly to emergency situations, International Medical Corps rehabilitates devastated health care systems and helps bring them back to self-reliance.

You may use this site to submit reports in all program areas and HQ Offices. Any information reported through this site will be treated confidentially by the organization, and addressed by the appropriate subject matter expert.

Confidential Reporting

You may use this site to make a report with an EthicsPoint operator (through a toll-free phone number) or through an on-line form. We will treat your report confidentially. We ask you to consider providing us with your name and contact information so we may follow up if necessary. If you wish to make an anonymous report, though, you may do so through this site where it is allowed by law. The Ethics and Compliance Reporting Hotline is fully compliant with European Union Data Privacy regulations.

You may also use this site to ask a question about the Code of Conduct or other International Medical Corps policies, or if you are unsure about the best course of action in a particular situation.

Reporting Guidelines

The Compliance and Ethics Reporting Hotline is intended to address matters of a serious nature relating to the conduct of International Medical Corps and its employees. Any report made in good faith will be treated seriously, investigated as necessary, and addressed by the appropriate management. Click here to see what to report.

International Medical Corps encourages all staff members to speak to their manager or Human Resources representative when they have concerns about a policy violation or misconduct, since this is typically the best method for addressing problems and allows the appropriate management to take action. However, in those exceptional cases where a person may fear for his or her job or well-being, the Ethics and Compliance Reporting Hotline is available to bypass those normal channels in a confidential manner.
