Is it confidential?
The information you provide will be sent to Amazon by EthicsPoint. EthicsPoint makes these reports available only to specific individuals in Amazon who are responsible for evaluating the report, based on the type of concern and location of the incident. Amazon and EthicsPoint will protect the confidentiality of concerns raised to the extent possible.
Can I remain anonymous?
Yes, you can remain anonymous, however please remember that Amazon’s ability to address your concern might be limited due to missing or incomplete information.
When can I expect to hear back?
We will respond to you as soon as possible. We encourage you to review the case every 1-2 days, as we may have follow-up questions for you related to your concern.
Can I report my concern in a language other than English?
Yes, you can report in a language other than English on the web page and on the phone.
Does it cost to call the hotline?
No, the contact number is free. However you do currently need an International Calling Plan. If you are not sure if you have one, we encourage you to use the Quick Report form to share your concern.
How do I follow up on my concern?
You can follow up on an existing report or provide additional information. You will need your report identification number (“Report Key”) and report password to check the status of a previously submitted report.
