The information you provide will be sent to Amazon by NAVEX. Amazon and NAVEX will protect the confidentiality of concerns raised to the extent possible. You may report concerns on anonymous basis if you choose.

After you complete your report

You may find updates regarding your reported concern on this website. Please check in every 1-2 business days to look for updates or answer our questions. Please allow us sufficient time to try to resolve your concern.

When you submit the report, you will be issued a Report Key. Please save this as you will be asked to use it along with the password to log back into this investigation case.

You will need your report identification number (report key) and report password to check the status of a previously submitted report.
